An Extremely Rare and collectable piece of Chris Craft history! Between 1941 and 1942 Chris Craft had produced 19 of these special 16' Hydroplanes, this is hull # 13. They were built with race inspired structure and stability down to the 3/8" thick Mahogany planks and #6 Reed and Prince screws to cut down the over all weight. Every aspect of this boat is truly unique. Originally these boats were sold with the intention "for race use only". This freshly restored award winning boat comes complete equipped with a new bottom, original engine and all of the original hardware.
